Our room was large with a bed and the overall experience was really nice. The location was good and excellent, because highway was based close to the hotel. The service was good with a painless check-in.

Booked an a nice size and updated room with coffee and refrigerator and microwave, as example. A wide range of options for great breakfast. Magnificent and perfect location in Minneapolis, short walk to the gorgeous Downtown skyline and the restaurant and multiple electric outlets.

The rooms where comfy with tea, free weights plus refrigerator and microwave and the breakfast was satisfactory.

This hotel was well-maintained and newly remodelled in every respect, had respectful staff at the reception desk. The room was a nice size with a bed, had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was great with variety of good food on offer. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Everything was fantastic.

There was dust around edges of the carpet and under the heating/cooling unit. We had to call the desk at midnight to have a security person come up and quiet rowdy guests in the hallway.

Very friendly staff, from the front desk to housekeepers and wait staff. The 400 restaurant has wonderful breakfasts and good place to get a local beer and good food. It was easy to get to St Paul and Mpls with the freeway system or local streets.

The pool was being redone and not in use. Can’t wait to try it next time when we stay here.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk woman recommended a taxi service when the shuttle wasn't available. The hotel is easy to get to, right off of I35W/Industrial Boulevard, making it convenient for getting around the city. The location was perfect for attending the State Fair, with a free shuttle bus that picks you up right outside the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with great WiFi. The restaurant next door had a wide selection of food and beverages, and the staff were super friendly. The lobby was also spacious, modern, and inviting. The pool was simple but clean, with comfortable lounge chairs. What impressed us the most was that there was no chlorine in the pool, which was a huge advantage for my daughter who had medical appointments.

Rowdy, loud guests made for an unusual and unpleasant stay. this is a very basic, utilitarian hotel.

although we didn't use it, there was a bus service to the State Fair right outside the motel which was convenient.

Our room had a strong odor of a man's cologne which was a little nauseating.

Nicely decorated place to stay, plus it was clean. I liked reasonably large rooms with refrigerator and microwave and tea, as example, and amicable staff. The breakfast was very very good overall. The pool area was well-maintained and the location was good and magnificent, right by a business/industrial area and all the breweries and theaters in Nordeast and downtown and freeways.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. Firstly, the location was perfect for me as it had easy freeway access and was close to both downtown and St. Paul. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the hotel offered basic amenities like a 24-hour gym, a saline pool and hot tub, and in-room coffee. From the reviews, I noticed that the hotel had a Bloody Mary bar at their restaurant, which sounds like a unique and enjoyable feature. Additionally, the hotel's lobby was described as bright, modern, and exceptionally clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

There was nothing negative about my stay.
